3. Payment Policy
3.1 A 25% deposit of the full amount due is required to confirm any reservation and is to be done by the client or representative immediately after receipt of the invoice. The full deposit amount is non-refundable and required for the purposes of reserving and securing the client’s booking(s).
3.2 Full payment is required 45 days prior to the start of the tour.
3.3 When booking certain third-party services, a higher deposit payment might be required, which will be indicated on the quote and invoice. The remaining balance shall subsequently be payable within 60 days prior to arrival.
3.4 Interest shall be charged in any late payments and/or the balance due at the rate of 20% per annum from the date of payment due until date of final payment.
3.5 The costs for the transfer of funds are for the account of the payer/client. Should payment not be made as stipulated, SBT is entitled to cancel all the bookings and to hold the client responsible for cancellation charges.
3.6 Invoices in foreign currencies shall be paid no later than the date specified on the invoice. If the payment is not made within this stipulated period, the client is obligated to request a new invoice as the amount due is subject to currency fluctuations.
3.7 Credit Card payments are accepted via the online payment platform with an additional charge of 3.5% charged to the client’s account.
